Kenya
Kenya has a generalised HIV epidemic with an estimated prevalence of 6.3 - 7.4% (15-49 year olds) with an estimated 1.3 - 1.6 million Kenyans living with HIV. The most at risk populations (MARPs) in Kenya include Female Sex Workers (FSWs), and their clients, Men who have Sex with Men (MSMs) and Injecting Drug Users (IDUs).

National Network
The National Empowerment Network of People Living with HIV/AIDS in Kenya (NEPHAK) is an NGO that unites support groups of People Living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHAs) and individual PLWHAs into a national and formidable force to counter the impact of HIV/AIDS on their lives and that of their loved ones in Kenya.

Campaign Platform
The World AIDS Campaign has been involved in Kenya since 2007 supporting development of a civil society platform consisting of the national network of PLHIV, women's organisations, youth groups, MSM groups, the treatment movement and faith based organisations.
